Germany's proudest Employers - Those companies want to get to know you

Shortage of skilled labor, demographic change - Diversity management is the keyword here because there will be loads of challenges for the German job market. It is not enough to just tolerate differences. Every employee has to be valued for their characteristics. Unfortunately, many companies announce big actions but don't follow up their words with deeds.

Up until today a little more than 40 companies have already signed up for STICKS & STONES 2017.

Therefore STICKS & STONES is searching for proud companies and requires proof of their open corporate culture and them targeting any discrimination. Every company can make a change, for example by signing the Charta der Vielfalt, establishing an LGBT network or by showing a clear standpoint against homophobia, racism or sexism on their website. Our exhibitors are proud of each single employee.
